I have been a licensed childbirth instructor and doula since 2004.&nbsp; All three of my children were birthed naturally, without the need of any medication during or after labor.&nbsp; In all of my experiences I used the relaxation techniques and labor positions that I teach, and I honestly can say it was really tough and a little painful (think 'intensely natural'), but never overwhelmingly so, and it was 110% worth it.&nbsp;&nbsp; Each of my babies were breastfed within minutes of being born, I was up and showering within the hour, and I felt good enough to leave the hospital after just a short stay.&nbsp; My experiences with birth have been so utterly amazing that I felt compelled to share my knowledge with other moms-to-be.&nbsp;</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></P> <P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Georgia;
